November 2020 Update
YES, we are still open!
We continue to work with patients over the phone or video chat, and we continue to ship all the supplements and books on this website. Everything is in stock and we're glad to be able to continue to safely provide assistance to you all during this time!
Hemochromatosis Help Office Updates: We're Still Open!
Even as the news updates multiple times daily, we want to emphasize that we are continuing business as usual. We are operating and shipping our supplements daily. We have a small, family-oriented office and we are continuing to take extreme care with keeping our office clean and healthy. We have also maintained our payroll with our wonderful staff during the pandemic as well as to keep our safety and personal health top priority. All of our patient visits are now being conducted over the phone or video chat.
Hemochromatosis Help Supplements and Books
Our office is well stocked with all of our supplements that contain the nutrients we've specifically selected to help support your health with hemochromatosis. We have a large supply of both of our books and have plenty in stock to share with the world.
Our supplement manufacturer has been operating as normal, and they have assured us that they too are taking the most stringent standards for cleanliness and are following the guidelines of the World Health Organization as well as the CDC. We count ourselves very lucky to be able to work with professional-level supplement manufacturers, who produce the highest quality nutrients available.
Additionally, readers have asked us about shipping and safety. We use the US Postal Service for both domestic and international shipping. In the USPS update, they state, "The CDC, the World Health Organization, and the Surgeon General have indicated that there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through the mail."
There are some shipping delays being reported (especially for international shipments), but we've found that the vast majority of packages are not impacted and ultimately shipments are still arriving to our customers, even if they are delayed a few days.
Yours in health,
Drs. Eric and Kristina Lewis, ND
