    General Shipping Policy for Domestic (US) and International Packages

    We have partnered with the United States Postal Service, offering Ground Advantage (previously First Class) & Priority Mail services, both domestically and internationally. We also offer DHL to certain international destinations.

    Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, and you will be able to select your options and choose your preferred shipping method prior to submitting your payment information.

    All packages ship from our North Carolina office and most products ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that we are a small office and not a huge warehouse. This means that we are not available to ship on weekends, evenings, or during certain vacations or holidays. If there is an unexpected delay with any part of your order, we will contact you with the details. You always have the option to cancel or change your order at that time.

    Domestic (US) Shipping Policy

    Estimated arrival is based on the day we ship your order and not the date you place the order. If you place an order on an evening, weekend, holiday, or time when we are out of the office, we will not be able to ship the package until our next open business day.

    International Shipping Policy

    We work with the United States Postal Service for most international shipments. We offer First Class and Priority International mail services from USPS. 

    Please note that estimated arrival is based on the day we ship your order and not the date you place the order. If you place an order on an evening, weekend, holiday, or time when we are out of the office, we will not be able to ship the package until our next open business day.

    All prices are in US Dollars and they do not include any duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees that may be billed by your local Customs office. Any additional fees charged by your country are separate from any shipping fees and are completely separate from your transaction with us.

    Because every country is different, we strongly encourage you to become familiar with your country’s laws about ordering products like ours from the United States. Please contact your local customs office to learn about import regulations before placing your order. Not knowing the regulations may result in your order having high import duties, being delayed, or even returned.

    We are not liable for, and no refunds will be issued, for an order that is refused or abandoned by the recipient, an order that is not delivered due to an error in the address given to us, or an order that is refused or seized by your local Customs.

    Approved countries: We are not able to ship to all countries, territories, and nations. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us and we will see if we can add you to our list of approved countries.

    Return Policy

    Nutritional Supplements

    Unopened items may be returned within 60 days of purchase, in the original unopened condition, for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping charges. If the product to be returned was sent due to our error, we will refund the product and the shipping charges. You will need to return the product to us at your expense; please note that we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping, so you may wish to use a trackable method of shipment. Please include your original receipt with your return. We are able to credit you for items once they are received by us, either to the same credit card, as product credit, or as an exchange. Additional shipping costs will apply to all exchanges sent out. Items that have been opened are not returnable. Please contact us for additional information.

    Print and Electronic Books

    Books are fully refundable within the first 14 days after you received them. If you are not satisfied with the book, please contact us to arrange for a refund. After 14 days we are happy to extend store credit for books returns. Books can no longer be returned after 60 days.

    • Paperback books will need to be returned to us at your expense; please note that we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping, so you may wish to use a trackable method of shipment. Please include your original receipt with your return. We are able to credit you for your book once it is received by us, minus any shipping charges. Books need to be undamaged and in good shape to qualify for a return.
    • Due to the nature of E-books, there is nothing to "return"--we ask that you please delete your electronic files if you elect to return this purchase. We appreciate your support in not participating in electronic piracy of intellectual property.

If you received the wrong product or there was damage during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package. We are not liable for problems that are not reported in a timely fashion.
